Template Purchases

Delivery and setup procedure

1. Delivery Notification:

After completing your purchase, you will receive a delivery notification via email from us. This email will contain crucial information to initiate the transfer process.

2. Invitation to Join:

We will add you as an ADMIN to your Squarespace account using the email address you provided. You will receive an invitation link from us. Please check your email for this invitation, click the link, and accept it promptly.

3. Access and Customize Your Site:

Upon accepting the invitation, log in to your Squarespace account or create one if you do not already have an account. You will be granted a 6-month free trial period during which you can start customizing your site immediately. When you are ready, we will proceed with transferring full ownership of the site to you.

4. Complete Ownership Transfer:

After you have accepted the invitation, we will transfer full ownership of the site to you and remove our account access. This transfer process may take up to a week. Please monitor your email for any updates related to this process.

These steps ensure a smooth transfer and setup of your Squarespace website template. If you encounter any issues or have questions during this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

template Delivery Policy

When you purchase a Squarespace Template from us, you will receive a link to start the template as a new website. Please note, the template cannot be added to an existing website unless you opt for our Install Package add-on.

We strive to deliver your template within 48 hours of purchase. However, this timeframe may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. While delays are uncommon, we cannot guarantee it won't take longer. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received your template, please contact us through a support ticket. Kindly note that deliveries may be delayed over weekends and holidays.

Once the template is transferred to your account, it becomes your responsibility to customize and manage the site. If you make any accidental changes, we cannot revert them once you have access.

Each template purchase includes one transfer of your chosen template. If you accidentally modify your template and need it sent again, or if you don’t accept the template invitation within six months (resulting in your free trial expiring), you will need to repurchase the template to receive it again.

Your template will come with a free trial on Squarespace. If the trial expires, Squarespace may mark your site for deletion. Should this happen, you must repurchase the template for a new transfer. To avoid losing your site, consider upgrading to a paid plan or requesting a trial extension from Squarespace support.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. Before purchasing, please review the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements carefully. If you have any specific questions regarding a template, contact us before making a purchase.

We are committed to assisting with issues directly related to our templates, including installation, file downloads, and other provided files. However, we are unable to provide support for general Squarespace inquiries, template modifications, coding changes, or issues arising from such changes.

Our support team is available via email at customerservice@high5host.com and aims to respond within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (2 business days).

installation service policy

(Applicable only if you purchase our Squarespace Template Install package.)

Our installation service transfers your chosen Squarespace Template(s) to your existing Squarespace website. We endeavor to complete the installation within 48 hours, but this may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If it has been over 48 hours and you are waiting for an installation, please submit a support ticket. Note that installations may be delayed over weekends and holidays.

Once the template is installed, it is your responsibility to customize and manage the site. If any accidental changes are made, we cannot revert them. While we take care to avoid disrupting any existing content during installation, we cannot be held responsible for any unintended issues that may occur.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any installation service. If an installation order is canceled, we will refund the full amount of the service. However, refunds for the Squarespace Template purchased alongside this order are not available.

copyright and licensing policy

Squarespace Website Templates:
Each template purchase allows for use on one project or website only. If you intend to use the same template for multiple websites, you must purchase a separate license for each.

Squarespace Sales Page Templates and Social Media Templates:
Each purchase is valid for one project or business. You may reuse the templates multiple times within that same project or business.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the following terms:

  • If using the template for a client's design, you must not claim or market these designs as solely your own.

  • You may not resell the template or claim the design as your own.

  • You are prohibited from sharing the template, graphics, files, or any design elements provided with your purchase.

  • Any images included with the template are for demonstration purposes only and remain the property of their original creator. You must replace these with your own or legally sourced images. We are not liable for any licensing or copyright issues that may arise from unlawful use of the provided images.

All designs are copyrighted by High5Host, which retains the rights to all designs and files (excluding third-party images and graphics). Your completed website design may be showcased on our website, sales pages, or social media for promotional purposes.
